菲律賓災情慘　UN與美國紛表慰問

【國際中心／綜合外電報導】菲律賓受颱風海燕侵襲，隨著災情陸續傳出，死傷人數亦節節攀升，聯合國秘書長潘基文與美國總統歐巴馬同表關切。
 
聯合國秘書長潘基文（Ban Ki-moon）10日發表聲明，表示「極度關切」（extremely concerned）海燕對菲律賓所造成的嚴重災情與破壞，聯合國與所屬人道救援組織將盡全力提供救災相關一切所需要的物資與人力，協助菲國度過難關。
　
美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）則是在聲明中指出，他與妻子蜜雪兒（Michelle）對於菲國因風災所造成的死亡人數感到「非常悲傷」（deeply saddened），美國也會提供人道救援協助，幫助菲國重建。美國防部長海格（Chuck Hagel）已指示太平洋司令部執行搜救任務與空投民生物資。
