【葉國吏／綜合報導】國內DRAM廠第3季獲利亮眼，公司慷慨發給員工季獎金。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，DRAM廠台灣美光（原瑞晶）平均0.75個月薪最高，南科（2408）、華亞科（3474）平均各有0.5個月，力晶也不低，由於DRAM產業第4季還是很旺，預期今年全年獎金總額可望達到2個月，數千名員工都得到額外的加薪。
