台中市推生髮計畫？　原來是承攬公司測試

【黃揚明／台北報導】台中市府竟有「生髮計畫」標案？網友david32331中午在台大批踢踢BBS站將台中市政府標案查詢系統（http://ppt.cc/hGDt）的截圖貼出，內容竟然是以「台中市民（含市長）生髮計畫案」，工程年度為2016年，執行單位為台中市政府研究發展考核委員會管制考核組，內容概述則是「全民啟動生髮計畫」。有網友認為這應該是故意惡搞的測試文件，也有網友直呼：「台中人真是太有人情味了！」

《蘋果》記者實際上該網站查詢，確實能在2016年標案中查到這一筆「台中市民（含市長）生髮計畫案」特殊標案。不過，有網友隨後指出，台中市政府的標案資訊查詢管理系統網址為「assess-public.taichung.gov.tw」，這筆標案網址為gsd.geo.com.tw，是某科技公司承攬的標案資訊管理系統，可能是做出測試站提供業主參考，並在做系統測試之用，所以才能查到2015年以後的資訊。
