頂新實業拒提黑油製品　屏衛生局重罰300萬

【洪振生/屏東報導】頂新製油實業公司使用大統長基黑心油品事件，沒有在主管單位稽查時交代終端產品品項，屏東縣衛生局下午將2時將召開記者會說明，食衛科長李佳芳透露會依食品衛生管理法規定，處以300萬元罰鍰。
 
縣議員潘長成上午也找衛生局相關人員了解稽核過程，他要求嚴懲幕後黑心業者，不要只針對屏東廠。另屏東地檢署原堅持等到檢驗報告出爐，才能據以偵辦，但上午見油品事態明顯擴大，立刻要求衛生局提供進一步資料，李佳芳也馬上趕往地檢署說明查處過程。
