黑莓黑色星期一　最大股東放棄收購計劃

【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】原本打算競購加拿大智慧手機商黑莓（BlackBerry）的黑莓最大股東FAIRFAX放棄47億美元（約1410億台幣）的收購計劃，拖累黑莓今天開盤股價狂瀉，一度大跌18%至6.4美元。
 
FAIRFA今天發布聲明稿表示，沒有要收購黑莓而是將投資可轉換公司債2.5億美元（約75億台幣）。依這項新協議，黑莓執行長海因斯（Thorsten Heins）將下台。
