黃世銘洩密起訴　柯文哲：如何相信司法

【林修卉╱台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案，昨偵查終結起訴黃世銘。台大醫師柯文哲今受訪表示，總統利用特偵組當政治工具，未來如何讓人相信司法，此為台灣國家最大危機。
 
柯文哲指出，九月政爭、馬王鬥，從頭到尾是一場鬧劇，他一開始就定位是國民黨內的鬧劇，一個是總統、一個是國會議長卻造成整個台灣社會的不安。他說，「一旦發生之後，只能從歷史去反省。」
 
柯文哲說，他舉前副總統連戰長女連惠心的案子來看，在正常國家都不會是問題，人家都不會懷疑是不是馬英九要去鬥連家，但在台灣就會懷疑，因為司法讓人不相信。
