綠委拿彰化縣公文　批衛福部知情包庇頂新

頂新飼料油扯出洩密案，綠委段宜康今緊咬衛福部包庇頂新，指彰化縣衛生局上月13日回函給食品藥物管理署的公文，明白寫著大幸福的豬油、牛油、椰子油都是飼料用。
 
食藥署代理署長姜郁美回應，上月9日發給彰化縣的公文郵件，僅證實豬油、魚油為飼料用，當時要求彰化縣清查頂新是否進口其它大幸福油品，且查廠發現有進口牛油、椰子油。越南是上周一才證實牛油、椰子油均為飼料油，實情並非如彰化縣13日回函內容，強調當時並不知頂新牛油、椰子油為飼料油。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
