謝依涵預見判死　囚舍啜泣「對社會有交代」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】犯下新北市八里雙屍命案的媽媽嘴咖啡店前店長謝依涵，前天傍晚被判處死刑，還押台北女子看守所舍房後，心情低落啜泣。據悉，謝女宣稱預期會被判死，「這樣對家屬、社會才有交代」。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，謝依涵前天在法庭上聽到合議庭判她死刑時，面無表情，低頭不語，全程力持鎮靜，據悉，她直到回到女所舍房被室友關心，才忍不住啜泣發洩低落情緒，但隨即恢復平靜。據了解，謝依涵表示預期會被判死，「這樣對家屬、社會才有交代」，她並說已有心理準備，能接受這個結果，「現在只想靜靜的過生活」。
