小客車衝撞天安門　起火燃燒竄濃煙

【大陸中心╱綜合外電報導】中國北京天安門28日中午突然冒出濃煙，當地武警接獲通報後立即趕赴現場戒備。北京地鐵也宣布地鐵1號線天安門東站於12時39分暫時關閉，另封閉1號線天安門西站B出入口。

據報導，這起意外由一件交通事故所引起，一輛小客車朝人群衝撞後，繼續向前撞擊天安門城樓前的華表（裝飾用的巨大石柱），車輛隨即起火燃燒，現場冒出大量濃煙，直竄天際，駕駛情況目前未明。
 
一位中國網民自稱在現場目擊，在微博上發文說這是「撞車自焚」，但發文內容隨即遭刪除。
