雖然小弟過程不像樓主那麼精彩 但是某些過程是很類似的 一開始也是在台灣前五十大待了六年多 後來跑去上櫃的小公司拼搏 中間混了RD/INT/外包管理/NPI插花Q等部門小主管 期間老闆都很照顧也很慷慨 付出獲得回報, 老闆們也都很相挺我的各種想法, 讓我付諸實現 後來遇上了獵人頭 思考了幾個月後 我決定跳了... 也是全球前五十大, 外商 我也掙扎了很久, 老闆面談讓我更加感受到誠意後 我甚至打電話請獵人頭跟HR幫我把offer流程停下來 但最後我還是跳了.... 我的考量點如下 1. 想拼, 不用擔心沒舞台努力 2. 外商下班時間準時, 只看績效以及上班八小時期間的工作態度 而不是比晚的 其實更能兼顧家庭 3. 第一份工作, 大公司學分工組織, 見識制度 第二份工作, 小公司學多工組織, 感受制度未全的優缺點, 參與建立制度 第三分工作, 外商, 擴大眼界, 突破台灣製造業慣性思維 更放鬆的管理, 更專一的目標 學會創造價值的成分多於減低成本 最後, 建議SWOT一下自己的想法 然後堅定的走下去 走到底, 每條路都能成功, 只是景色不同 :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.32.221.96
