各位版上的朋友你們好， 由於所住大樓的頂樓空間閒置，想在住戶管理大會中建議出租， 希望加減幫大樓增加公積金的收入，降低管理費用的支出， 只是沒有概念說，這種頂樓閒置空間的出租該找哪些單位協助出租呢? 或者市場有這類的需求嗎? 不知版上的朋友有無好建議?或者我該找哪些單位處理呢? 想說先弄個草案出來比較好在委員會上討論! 感謝各位幫忙!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.103.194.19
