馬總統：政府讓台灣海峽改變了

　馬總統上午在總統府接見美國百人會訪華團時表示，政府在改善兩岸關係的努力，讓整個台灣海峽改變了。有反對派批評他「傾中賣台」，但實際上政府兩岸政策的做法，完全是根據中華民國憲法、根據國家的利益。

　馬總統表示，政府讓整個台灣海峽改變了，今年是韓戰停戰60周年，朝鮮半島戰雲密佈，台海過去也是火藥庫，現在金門島上都是陸客，賣的是砲彈製的菜刀，變化很大。

他說，政府基本態度是，兩岸雙方還是有很多歧見沒有解決，但希望能擱置爭議、共創雙贏，不要用非和平方式解決，「有話好說、有事好談」，這樣慢慢建立互信。這絕對不是說沒有問題，還是有很多問題，但至少這個態度讓很多問題會變小或解決。

　馬總統說，他的做法完全是根據憲法與國家利益，對陸關係改善後，與其他國家關係也改善了；「國際參與有增加、兩岸關係有增進，這兩種關係相輔相成，良性循環」。
