圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/32653509 時間：2013/8 鐘水餃也是成都的著名小吃，同樣有百年的歷史。在成都，除了鐘水餃有賣 鐘水餃之外，其他的川菜餐館大多也有賣鐘水餃。鐘水餃的創始人是鐘少白 ，於1893年在成都的荔枝巷開業，因此也稱荔枝巷鐘水餃。 我來的鐘水餃是位於羊市街的分店，看起來就像是傳統的老國營飯店，有點 髒髒舊舊。 鐘水餃￥8 鐘水餃不同於一般餃子的地方在於內餡純使用豬肉，不加任何蔬菜。餃子起 鍋後淋上蒜泥與紅油，四川的小吃幾乎都要搭配紅油，簡直無油不歡。餃子 皮相當薄嫩有彈性，內餡較小，不像北方餃子那般飽滿，反而像南方的小餛 飩。而紅油醬料之中還加了醬油，醬油帶著甜味，因此水餃的味道是辣中帶 甜。 雞松菌土雞湯￥12 大陸的雞都沒什麼肉，這碗雞湯也是如此，裡頭的雞肉大多以骨頭為多。所 以我只純喝喝湯便罷，湯頭頗清，帶著淡淡雞松菇菌的香氣，可也沒什麼雞 肉味，沒把雞肉的甜味給燉出來。 鐘水餃（羊市街店） 地址：四川省成都市青羊區羊市街15號 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.163.247.215 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 China_travel 10/26 20:35 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 Ind-travel 10/26 20:35
