【動新聞】10大危險食物　花生粉最毒

【葉國吏／綜合報導】食品安全問題層出不窮，讓民眾關切到底還有哪些食物能吃。有醫師統整出十大危險食物，花生粉位居榜首。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，台大醫院腎臟科主治醫師姜至剛、林口長庚醫院腎臟科主治醫師顏宗海、新光醫院腎臟科主治醫師江守山，昨依毒性、食用習慣、稽查易違規等因素，分別列出心中10大危險食物。第1名公認是豬血糕常搭配的花生粉，其次為香腸，第3名為包括鮪魚、鮭魚等大型魚類。醫師指出，要避免吃進過多毒素，選擇食物應多樣，並吃原味、清淡，少吃調味、加工食品。
