東北季風減弱水氣增　北部及宜花防大雨

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局今晨指出，今天東北季風稍微減弱，但水氣略為增加，迎風面基隆北海岸、宜蘭、花蓮地區及大台北山區有局部大雨或豪雨發生的機率。

今天溫度比昨天回升，白天都算舒適，早晚各地仍偏涼，北部及東半部高溫在26到28度，中南部高溫29至31度，各地清晨低溫也略回升到20至23度間，中部因受輻射冷卻的影響，可能出現低於20度的溫度。
