新北市一名女童遭繼父性侵、猥褻，但她害怕媽媽與繼父吵架，不希望媽媽再一次承受離婚的痛，於是隱忍下來，事後女童與同學交換日記時，將這件事情告訴同學，在同學的勸告下告訴老師，才揭發繼父的惡行。

女童原本是單親，由媽媽獨自撫養，事後媽媽認識一名從事軍職的男子，因而再婚，沒想到女童的繼父前年開始對女童上下其手，趁2人獨處的時候，以手指性侵女童得逞。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，女童今年3月又被繼父猥褻，女童不敢將這些事情告訴媽媽，擔心媽媽與繼父吵架、離婚，直到與同學交換日記時，才將繼父惡行寫在日記上，女童還擔心朋友將秘密揭發，在日記上畫了一個懇求的圖案。

女童經朋友不斷勸說，才決定將事情告訴老師，女童繼父雖否認犯行卻沒通過測謊，新北地檢署根據女童的驗傷報告、供詞等，將這名惡狼繼父依強制性交、猥褻罪起訴。
