加拿大再傳運油列車出軌　居民緊急疏散

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】加拿大魁北克省7月才發生無人駕駛的運油列車出軌引發大火意外，造成47人喪生，周六凌晨亞伯達省艾德蒙頓市又有加拿大國鐵運油列車出軌，引發烈焰衝天。意外所在小鎮的100名居民緊急疏散，消防隊員也暫時撤離，以避免人員傷亡。 

列車13節車廂中有4節載運原油、9節載運液化天然氣，其中3節車廂已因外洩起火，消防人員表示，企圖滅火可能危及性命，只能等待外洩的石油或天然氣燃盡。

這起意外再次引發加國輿論關注運油列車的安全。由於美國蒙大拿州、北達科塔州、加國薩克其萬省與曼尼托巴省一帶的油田開採，近年美加一帶運油列車數量大增，綠色和平組織抨擊，若政府不訂定更緊密的安全規範，這類列車出軌意外將成「新的常態」。
