疑監聽高金素梅 特偵不回應

（中央社記者劉世怡台北16日電）特偵組今天對96年間是否曾監聽立法委員高金素梅一事表示，這是「特偵一班」時期案件，資料已歸檔，沒有接觸，無法回應。

壹週刊今天報導，根據法務部調查報告，特偵組在民國96年也曾監聽立法院總機節費電話，而監聽對象是無黨團結聯盟立法委員高金素梅，也對高金素梅的手機掛線監聽，清查是否有賄選情事。

特偵組代理發言人張進豐指出，這是前檢察總長陳聰明時期，特偵一班的案件，相關資料已歸檔，目前沒有接觸，無法回應。1021016
