彰銀改選　吳東亮親赴財政部協商

彰銀(2801)拍定12月8日改選，民股台新金董事長吳東亮今日親赴財政部，再協商董事席次。據了解，吳東亮仍提出，設審計委員會中，仍設四席獨董的立場，且希望民股可以掌握2席並握有審計委員會主導權。

但財政部仍認為，若由台新主導審計委員會，未來若民股強推合併案，公股在審計委員會中恐無法發揮制衡的力量。據透露，雙方「各抒己見」後，仍無法達成共識，意味12月8日公民股雙方開戰，恐勢在必行。據了解，今天是由吳東亮、台新金總經理饒世湛等人會見財政部次長吳當傑。

另外一方面，台灣菸酒也公告，從3月開始到昨日止，以彰銀每股17.93元，買了1.94萬張，約砸了3.4億元買進彰銀持股；若加上之前已持有彰銀，合計共握有彰銀持股1.11%，這也是今年彰銀改選時，有助公股爭取席次。依台灣菸酒公告，台灣菸酒從去年底開始，分兩批加碼彰銀，第一波是從去年12月初到今年3月初，共買進彰銀0.91%持股，第二波則是從3月至今，累計握有彰銀股權升到1.11%。（廖珮君／台北報導）
