【劉曉霞／台北報導】內政部實價登錄揭露，台北101出租行情，分別是57樓和47樓，單坪租金各為3147元、2998元。不過，信義區最貴的商辦租金並非台北101，而是遠雄信義金融大樓，每坪為3805元，據了解，該戶為遠雄信義金融大樓23樓，承租方為遠雄關係企業。

台北101現有5筆租賃交易資料被實價登錄揭露，分別位在45樓~61樓，平均租金單價每坪約3100元；遠雄信義金融大樓目前有3筆資訊揭露，租金約在每坪3332~3805元間。
