【楊永盛／苗栗報導】邁入第3年的苗栗市風箏文化節，19至20日將在苗栗市河濱公園登場，包括加拿大、新加坡等國內外好手受邀一展身手，高齡88歲的閻清雲老當益壯，擁有80年放風箏經驗，上午放飛骷髏頭風箏小試身手；身穿比基尼泳裝的辣妹，也拿著客家小子的風箏暖場，市公所歡迎大家蒞臨體驗追風的樂趣，並大啖客家美食。活動官網www.miaoli-9kite.tw
