美國野雞大學　95%證書發給中國人

【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】中國與全球化研究中心近日發表的報告指出，美國的1008間野雞大學中，95％學位證書都是發給中國人，比率是全球之冠。

這些大學當中，四成集中在加州、夏威夷、華盛頓及佛羅里達州，而且數量不斷加，假學校、假學歷等問題不斷擴大。

中國人會光顧野雞大學的原因眾多，扣除一部份不熟識外國情況而被騙，有部份中國留學生出國後，無心向學，畢業時便到野雞大學買證書，望在父母面前過關。也有部份中年的打工族希望升職，於是買張證書，當作曾到外國深造，蒙騙僱主。
