【戴之聖／基隆報導】今天晚上6時許，基隆119接獲民眾報案，在基隆望海巷附近，疑似有1對老夫婦從早上搭小舢舨出海捕魚都還沒返航，目前警消已趕往現場了解狀況準備展開救援。
