角頭討債被打　槍殺對方洩忿被訴

【蔣永佑／台北報導】新北市蘆洲、三重一帶角頭李明富（46歲），因不滿綽北聯幫份子陳秋宇（33歲）欠他150萬元賭債，他討債反遭陳男率領小弟毆打，今年6月9日雙方在北投中央南路一家超商前狹路相逢，李男一時氣不過，持以色列制式突擊步槍向陳男連開3槍後逃逸。
 
陳男因腹部及左大腿中彈，送醫後因失血過多不治死亡，李男則在案發後6小時，帶著兇槍向警方投案。士林地檢署偵結，將李男依殺人罪起訴，並將事後逃逸無蹤的同行友人蘇炳勳、王益興發佈通緝，另名駕車陳姓友人因對雙方衝突及李男攜帶槍枝毫不知情獲不起訴。
