APEC峰會　習近平：各國不該自掃門前雪

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】中國國家主席習近平今天(7日)在亞太經合組織(APEC)領導人會議上發言。他表示要想實現世界經濟全面復甦，仍面臨挑戰。組織應展示勇氣和決心，發揮協調作用與帶頭的引擎作用。經濟全球化的趨勢下，各經濟體「一榮俱榮、一損俱損」，應該爭取通過宏觀經濟政策協調，秉持開放包容、合作共贏精神，不能互相踩腳，甚至互相抵消。

他強調亞太地區「謀和平、求穩定、促發展」的共同願望沒有改變，在世界政治經濟版圖的地位和作用中，上升的歷史趨勢也沒有改變，經濟持續快速增長的動力和潛力沒有 改變，應該對亞太發展前景保持信心。長遠發展的關鍵，在於改革創新，而改革之路從無坦途，無論已開發成員還是開發中成員，都要做好改革必須付出必要成本的準備。成員應該堅持開放的區域主義，不能「各家自掃門前雪，莫管他人瓦上霜」。
