少年迷戀網路交友　溜出教養院見網友

【戴之聖／基隆報導】今日凌晨1時許基隆警方接獲民眾報案表示，1位穿黑色外套的12歲少年徘徊在七堵火車站，疑似翹家少年；警方獲報前來關切，詢問後發現這名12歲的呂姓少年是新北市某教養院安置的院生，因最迷上網路交友，常偷溜出來見網友，最後警方將少年帶回派出所安置，教養院工作人員也趕緊將男童帶回輔導。
