不等連勝文　蔡正元宣布參選北市長

【李英婷／台北報導】國民黨立委蔡正元今前往松山慈祐宮上香，正式宣布參選台北市長。對於宣布參選是否違背先前的「尊連」原則問題，蔡正元說，因連勝文遲遲沒有在中秋節前宣布參選，因此並未違背原則，此外，基於「誠信」原則，他一旦參選就不會退出，將會投入黨內的初選。

蔡正元在發表參選演說時，拋出包括台北市、基隆、汐止合併，拓展台北發展腹地；松山機場航道遷移外海，在外海跑道與松山航廈之間以機場快速捷運連結；殯儀館遷移市郊，及模仿日本東京，建設台北晴空塔來活化老舊社區等政見。
