總統府納監聽調閱對象？ 朝野喬不攏

立法院司法及法制委員會今天下午討論「監聽調閱專案小組」運作要點草案，但包括召委是否輪值、總統府市府納入調閱對象朝野立委目前仍「喬」不攏。

民進黨立委柯建銘、陳其邁、尤美女、吳宜臻一致主張除了法務部、司法院、內政部警政署、國防部、國安局等單位外，也應將總統府納入調閱對象。但國民黨大黨鞭林鴻池及召委呂學樟都反對，認為不能先預設是總統指揮辦案，應只針對監聽相關所屬部會即可。

至於開會門檻，因司委會共有十三名委員。民進黨立委吳宜臻擬草案時主張只要四分之一以上（四人）出席就可開會，但國民黨立委賴士葆、廖正井都主張應比照一般開會規定，至少應有三分之一以上（五人）委員出席，廖正井還口頭保證說「我每次都會出席」。民進黨團總召柯建銘則同意三分之一門檻，因那麼大的案子、全國矚目，「國民黨也不敢不來開會」。
