立委蔡正元宣誓參選北市長

國民黨立委蔡正元10月7日上午11時，在台北市松山慈祐宮媽祖殿，宣誓參選台北市長，現場湧進上千位支持者，還有白狼張安樂、10餘位北市議員以及學界、商界、社團重量人士與藝人分別到埸，場面熱烈。

蔡正元發表25分鐘政見，包括汐止及基隆併入北市，讓北市有港口。松山機場只留航站，跑道遷淡水外海，無息貸款的青年奮鬥住宅等。

他說，他已宣布參選，如果連勝文決定參選，就透過初選產生人選。
