標題[請問] 有關驅動程式的法律問題

我想請問我自己寫的程式會需要使用到一些軟體(例如:GOOGLE EARTH) 或是某些驅動程式 這些東西都可以在個別的官方網站免費下載到 如果我下載後包進我自己寫的Install檔中(會自動安裝那些程式&驅動) 再發給朋友或同事自動安裝 會不會有法律上的問題?(著作權之類的) 再如果是把Install檔交給客戶或是廠商 也有沒有法律問題? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.246.97.46
