艦艇兵未歸營 陳屍通霄漁港

苗栗縣通霄漁港24日上午發現一具浮屍，證實為81年次黃姓海軍艦艇兵，檢警已調閱港區監視器並相驗遺體調查死因。

一名婦人上午趁著退潮欲前往通霄漁港拾蚵，卻在港區停放膠筏處發現一具男性浮屍，海巡人員獲報後前往處理。

從屍體身上找到身分證、健保卡、軍人身分證等多張證件，經聯繫家屬確認死者是在海軍蘇澳某艦艇服役的81年次黃姓士兵。

警方表示，黃姓士兵自幼父親早逝，母親也離家未歸，由姑姑幫忙照顧長大；他向姑姑表示，22日晚間9時部隊收假，姑姑當天傍晚5時左右還曾接到侄子電話，提到身邊沒有錢，請她幫忙匯錢，但並未感覺有異狀。

死者身上除隨身攜帶的證件外，身上只有零錢新台幣53元以及1張自桃園到沙鹿的自強號火車票。由於死者身上無明顯外傷，檢警將相驗遺體，並調閱港區監視器畫面調查、釐清死因。
