【戴之聖／基隆報導】位於基隆北寧路上的巨石，連日受到媒體關注，今天的工程還是以清理便道、穩定地基為主。基隆市政府表示，因擔心碎石掉落發生危險，中正區公所預計在明天9時許，會派員挨家挨戶進行柔性勸導，希望附近74戶居民能離開。住在附近巷內的男子表示，為了安全上周六後晚上都沒在住家睡覺了。
