知應召站藏身　摩鐵老闆貪財不報獲緩起訴

【黃哲民／新北報導】新北市蘆洲區一家汽車旅館62歲李姓負責人，去年11月被查獲把一間客房租給應召站充當印尼籍賣淫女子宿舍，涉犯圖利容留性交罪嫌。李男堅稱沒參與經營應召站，曾下逐客令但對方不走。新北地檢署指李男提供應召站男客房錢優惠，但因配合偵辦，今准予緩起訴1年半，須支付國庫12萬元。

李男去年9月和43歲陳姓男子談妥，以每天1千2百元固定出租一間客房給陳男。檢警去年11月查獲陳男涉經營應召站，先後媒介12名印尼籍女子賣淫，其中6女就住在陳男向李男承租的汽車旅館客房，還就近另開房間與男客性交易。

檢方指李男起初可能不知情，但1個月後察覺該房房客都是外籍女子，卻未積極催趕，且男客只要說出陳男預先設定暗語「王董的朋友」，李男還優惠原價580元的開房休息費只收5百元，據此認定李男是共犯。至於陳男與印尼裔賴姓女友等應召站成員共6人，均被起訴圖利媒介性交罪嫌，最重各判5年。
