根據康芮颱風路徑及所帶來的旺盛西南雲系，經濟部水利署推估，在今（29）日晚間8時以前，可能發布一級淹水警戒的縣市，已增加為13縣市，北從桃園縣開始，以南至屏東縣，部分鄉鎮都有可能發布一級淹水警戒，特別提醒桃園以南的民眾要特別注意。

水利署表示，康芮颱風「雨比風大」，因此雲林縣、嘉義縣、嘉義市、台南市及高雄市部分地區出現較嚴重的淹水災情，為讓民眾提早作好準備，水利署特別依據颱風路徑與雨量研判的資料，進行推估。

根據水利署的推估，從今日下午至晚上8時以前，桃園縣、新竹市、新竹縣、苗栗縣、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義縣、嘉義市、台南市、高雄市、屏東縣等13縣市部分鄉鎮，都有可能會發布一級淹水警戒，希望民眾及早作好準備。

面對淹水縣市可能逐步往北移，水利署也正清查所有淹水的地點，並持續監控中，將盡全力協助各縣市政府救災，除提前預備的抽水機外，已支援新北市2部、嘉義縣3部、嘉義市4部、雲林縣1部、南投縣4部，共14部大型抽水機進行支援。
