【侯昌騰／高雄報導】高雄從今日凌晨至清晨陷入狂風暴雨中，市區街道多處積水，有些地方甚至水深及膝，許多騎士穿梭在積水路段，非常驚險，還有人孔蓋冒出大量雨水，造成低漥地區陸續淹水，消防局清晨開始陸續指揮各分隊出動人車執行災情查報任務，所幸目前尚未傳出重大災情。
