台商扮間諜　更三審獲判緩刑

【劉昌松／台北報導】男子賴坤玠失業後到中國找到工程師工作，被金錢誘惑，回台向舊日同窗購買情資時遭逮，高院更三審今依蒐集軍機等罪判賴男1年5月，褫奪公權2年，並沒收原本要用來行賄的現金41多萬元，但考量賴犯後坦承且有悔意，給予緩刑5年機會，並要支付國庫新台幣20萬元，可上訴。

賴坤玠2010年在中國工作期間，被自稱國務院中央對台小組副主任李旭吸收，返台接觸在軍中任職的曹姓高中同學，想套取愛國者飛彈技術資料，因曹立即通報上級，軍檢展開長期監控，隔年5月，賴男在準備付錢買情資時遭當場逮捕，同時沒收他遭補時隨身攜帶的美鈔、新台幣共40多萬元現金。
