A健保補助費 公務員遭起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北22日電）新北巿坪林區林姓女清潔隊員被控兼辦健保補助費業務，卻偽造並虛報詐領262萬元後自首。台北地檢署今天依貪污罪嫌起訴林姓女清潔隊員。

檢方公布的起訴書指出，40歲的林女從民國86年8月起至100年4月間，擔任新北巿坪林區公所清潔隊員，並從92年起兼辦民政課掌管健保補助費業務。經濟部水利署台北水源特定區管理局依規定撥給坪林區公所運用水源保育回饋費，區公所提撥部分回饋金用以補助居民健保費。

檢方指出，林女因遭地下錢莊逼債，於97年7月間循往例調閱區民名冊後，利用職務上承辦健保補助業務及整理製作符合發放資格名冊的機會，以竄改及虛報方式，詐領健保補助費，多次犯案，共計詐得新台幣262萬3500元。

檢方表示，林女因感到良心不安，在去年9月28日向調查局台北巿調查處自首；檢調人員查扣她的帳戶款項共270萬元。

北檢今天偵結，認定她涉嫌違反貪污治罪條例及偽造文書罪，提起公訴，建請法院審酌她自首接受裁判，依法減輕其刑。1020822
