桃檢辦重利等案 范佐憲出庭

陸軍下士洪仲丘案件，桃園地檢署偵辦重利，賭博及竊盜等案，今天傳喚前五四二旅上士范佐憲出庭，偵查庭大約一小時三十分結束，范佐憲沒有對外說明，就在親友護送下離開。（李明朝報導）　

桃園檢方傳喚陸軍前五四二旅上士范佐憲出庭，范佐憲頭戴帽子，並且在父親及親友的陪同下抵達，范佐憲不發一語，隨即步入偵查庭。

檢方偵查約一個半小時左右，范佐憲離開偵查庭時，在親友的護送下，快速坐上車子離開。

　桃園檢方針對洪仲丘案件持續追查，這次傳喚范佐憲就有關重利，賭博及竊盜等案件深入瞭解，以釐清案件，對於在庭上的說明，范佐憲委任律師以案件在偵查不方便對外說明。

另外，桃園地方法院八月二十三日將重開何江忠，范佐憲及徐信正等三人羈押庭，范佐憲仍將出庭。

　范佐憲前往桃園地檢署出庭時，疑似有軍方人員陪同，隨時回報狀況。
