出車禍謊稱因公　 夫妻詐理賠被訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】郭姓男子(49歲)去年6月30日在台中市豐原區發生車禍，明知與公司業務無關，仍與妻、姪子共謀詐領勞工保險職業災害給付，由劉妻(48歲)以公司承辦人名義，出具業務文書，登載郭前往某家公司與產品主任、也是其盧姓姪子(26歲)洽談產品業務時，發生交通事故，冒刻姪子公司林姓負責人印章、製作相關證明文件之後，向勞保局申請勞保給付。
 
後經林姓負責人察覺有異，出面否認。台中地檢署偵結，依偽造文書、詐欺等罪，將3人提起公訴。
