【短片】常喝瓶裝水　小心留下永恆皺紋

【綜合報導】美國紐澤西皮膚科醫師密契爾查辛(Mitchell Chasin)，表示嘟嘴喝瓶裝水這樣的動作，很多人每天都會做，而且還可能常常做，但嘟嘴這個動作容易在嘴唇四周形成皺紋，查辛表示他的患者多半是打肉毒桿菌或是雷射除皺，但其實最簡單且最省錢的辦法，就是不要嘟嘴喝東西。

醫生還表示即便用吸管喝，同樣也會形成討厭的皺紋，最好的辦法是喝東西時放鬆上唇，盡量不要嘟嘴，但可不要因為擔心有皺紋，就減少喝水，反而損害健康。

不只喝瓶裝水，另一皮膚科醫生瑪莉蓮巴辛表示長期抽菸，同樣也容易在嘴唇四周形成皺紋。
