動保人士到古坑抗議流浪狗換白米

【寶智華／雲林報導】動保人士今日下午到古坑鄉清潔隊，抗議鄉公所推動捕流浪狗換白米，還當場拿出兩隻幼犬要向清潔隊換米，並以手機錄影蒐證。

清潔隊長張圳德說明，贈米是感謝鄉親在防疫人力不足之際協助捕狗，不接受外縣市民眾以狗換米，請愛狗人士不要過度解釋贈米本意。

鄉長林慧如也到場說明，強調會貫徹防疫政策及措施，不會因為愛狗人士的質疑反對而改變。

動保人士不接受鄉公所的說法，抨擊古坑鄉變相濫捕、不尊重生命，雙方無法達成共識，最後不歡而散。
