被突襲說挨轟　曹金生：我是幫助查真相的人

【綜合報導】洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸昨天公布錄音檔，揭發「飲料賄賂」真相，最高軍檢長曹金生竟稱「被突襲」，洪慈庸今天痛斥「我是他的敵人嗎？」對此，曹金生下午接受通訊社採訪時說自己是幫仲丘查真相的人。

《中央社》報導指出，第一時間對洪家公布這樣的東西感覺滿特殊的，他說自己是站在洪家立場幫仲丘查真相的人。他澄清當天下午傳喚錄音檔中的當事人542旅輔導長吳翼竹詢問，他指是知道簡訊提到送飲料這件事，非陳以人親口告訴他。

至於桃檢針對監視器滅證部分認定非人為，曹金生表示尊重專業判斷。而洪慈庸說對軍檢不抱任何希望，曹金生則低調說尊重家屬意見。
