陳毅勳15萬交保　洪姊：對家屬不公平

【綜合報導】軍檢對洪仲丘案偵結起訴，其中管理士陳毅勳罪最重，不過今獲以15萬元交保。對此，洪仲丘姊洪慈庸接受媒體採訪時直呼對家屬不公平，她說會尊重司法判決，再和律師討論如何處理。

18名被告中，僅陳毅勳被以上官藉勢凌虐軍人致死罪起訴，刑責是本刑最輕7年以上有期徒刑，最重為無期徒刑。不過今卻以15萬元交保，《壹電視》報導，洪姊表示：「嫌疑人這麼快、這麼低的金額交保，對家屬來說真的是不公平。」
