公務員高普初考 擬從1年改綁約3年

【王家俊／台北報導】每年20萬人報考的公務員高普初考將有重大變革，考試院下午召開審查會討論「公務人員考試法修正草案」達成初步共識，高普初考限制轉調年限擬從1年延長為3年，全案仍需送交考試院會審查，並經立法院修法後，才能上路。

考選部官員說，公務員高普初考目前綁約1年，地方特考綁約6年，兩者差異大。很多地方特考錄取者不願被綁6年，考上地方特考不久又轉戰高普考；而高普考只綁1年，有些機關剛訓練上手，人員又申請轉調，影響人事安定。
