軍事審判法修法 今明兩天討論

馬政府首任國防部文人部長楊念祖，明天一上任就要到立法院針對洪仲丘案專案報告，接受朝野立委「震撼教育」。此外，立法院今明兩天也將審查朝野黨團所提軍事審判法修正案，此事攸關未來軍中發生長官凌虐部屬是否能移交一般司法機構審判，民進黨團發出動員令，預料引發激烈討論。
