【綜合報導】洪仲丘案偵結起訴，軍檢強調范佐憲、陳以人沒有買飲料賄絡813醫院，讓洪仲丘體檢報告可以當天拿到。對此洪仲丘姊姊一早公布錄音檔，聽到當初軍檢在醫院調查時，輔導長親口承認「陳以人在買飲料」，洪慈庸痛批軍檢沒有誠意。
