洪案偵結　1985行動聯盟批草率

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，最高軍事檢察署今偵結起訴。公民1985行動聯盟聲明指出，對於軍檢在未完成全部調查、了解犯案動機前，草率偵結起訴，行動聯盟表達遺憾、憤怒。聯盟主張，若軍法體系不合乎台灣社會現況，應廢除，相關案件回歸一般司法體系偵查、審理。

聯盟也痛批，起訴內容「只辦基層小兵，縱放高層大官」，對於何江忠、范佐憲、陳以人犯案動機沒有交代，令人質疑是否有袒護之嫌。聯盟指出，總統馬英九「管定了」，卻只管到草率偵結，國家元首威信淪喪，人民對政府感到無奈、失望、憤怒，將號召更多台灣公民，8月3日站出來，為自己也為洪仲丘發聲。
