36％社會新鮮人求職　沒有面試機會

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】勞委會全國就業e網今發布調查，針對704人網路問卷詢問新鮮人求職過程中最常碰到什麼問題，結果以「沒有面試機會」36％最高，其次為「薪資不符期待」22％、「面試時太緊張」14％、「面試官的問題不會回答」11％及「職務內容與面試時不符」10％。

全國就業e網指出，履歷表是企業接觸求職者的第一個印象，也是在短時間內決定是否給予面試機會的關鍵，如果無法掌握履歷表的撰寫重點，因而無法引起企業的注目，將會讓履歷石沉大海，而苦無面試機會，建議職場新鮮人要避免流水帳式的履歷撰寫方式，務必在第一時間就引起企業興趣。
