租屋疑遭縱火4房客被送辦　警：屋主提告全依程序辦理

【曾伯愷／新北報導】新北市三重警方處理住宅火警，遭人質疑找不到縱火嫌犯，竟將呂姓男子1家4口送辦；住在三重自由街的呂姓男子說，家門口疑似遭人縱火，還驗出有汽油成分，沒想到警方將家中4名成員全帶回做筆錄，然後以「有過失責任的失火罪」送辦，所幸檢方對4人均以不起訴處分。

三重警方表示，去年12月呂家發生火警，消防局火災鑑定報告指出起火點在大門內側，可能是鞋櫃內有汽油成分的物品引燃，而呂姓男子原本說遭受騷擾，但是調閱通聯紀錄後又稱並無此事，所以房東事後要提告求償，警方才會依刑法第173條第2項有過失責任的「失火罪」送辦，過程並無不當。
