張通榮效應　2014基隆市長綠化機會高

【突發中心／基隆報導】明年7合1選舉即將到來，未來事件交易所分析，基隆市是國民黨重要根據地，以往選民結構藍大於綠，國民黨應是十拿九穩，但在中央施政不利和基隆市長張通榮涉及濫權、保麗龍建設和成立性工作區等爭議下，讓基隆市長之位不再是國民黨的囊中物。

未來事件交易所指出，反觀民進黨，2009年基隆市選舉拿下9席議員席次，將民進黨提名的候選人全數送入議會，市長候選人林右昌更是刷新民進黨在基隆市的最高得票率。就目前對國民黨相對不利的態勢而言，民進黨在基隆市大有可為。
